It is required 250 euro x month as deposit for detract the electricity consumed (0,40 cent x Kw).
The final cleaning is 50€

Transfert: a private car with driver will be waiting for you at the airport/station gate with your name sign to take you directly to the apartment. The price for this service is euro 30 for 2-4 people, in a van by reservation

Earnest money
At the moment of booking needs to leave a deposit on final confirmation.
Booking will be considered valid when will reach essential data of payment effected.
It is possible to pay by bank transfer or with credit card simply giving the data items of a credit card by our fax. or cash

Balance
You will pay the leftover amount (subtract from the deposit of advance payment) at the beginning of your stay with ready money.

According to Italian Civil Law and the regulations of IHA (International Hotel Association) and FIAVET (International Federation of Travel Agents), a hotel booking is considered valid as soon as a deposit is paid. IHA and FIAVET regulations further state that a deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 14 days in advance and 30 days in advance during the high season. The penalty of No show will be the 100% of your reservation.
