Abbiamo cominciato l'attività di turismo extra alberghiero nel 2001 con il bed and breakfast dell'Eur nell'Atelier di Barbara, pittrice artista e creativa del Girasolereale.

Il Girasolereale é approvato dall'Azienda di Promozione Turistica di Roma e Barbara nel 2006 ha ottenuto la certificazione della Regione Lazio del corso professionale per la gestione di strutture turistiche alternative.
Siamo sponsorizzati da RomaNatura Ente parchi di Roma (Parco di Decima Malafede), dal CTS con la ParchiCard, come turismo sostenibile.

Il Girasolereale b&b è stato premiato dall'ALBAA per la categoria "Professionalità ed Eleganza"

Il B&B è un "Esercizio Segnalato 2008 e 2009" su Parks.it portale dei parchi italiani.

Il Girasolereale è a conduzione familiare: Barbara e Marco vi accoglieranno.

Cerchiamo di dare il meglio per i nostri ospiti ma non siamo un albergo, quì si parla, si ride, si condivide il bene più prezioso di noi: la nostra storia, la nostra vita, la nostra cultura.

Il giardino è realizzato con piante mediterranee, poco idro-esigenti.

Usiamo solo lampadine di classe energetica A - a basso consumo.

HISTORY
Girasolereale born in 2001 with the bed and breakfast in Rome Eur in the Barbara Reale Atelier Art Galllery.
Now we offer to our guest the choise how to live Rome or split their holiday in our proprieties: vacation rentals in Rome Centre and Rome Beach vacation rentals with beach included.
Girasolereale is in compliance with all local and national health
and safety standards required by law (authorized by the Tourist Promotion Department of Rome) and certificate from Regione Lazio.

We are vegetarian but that doesn't means we don't love good food and wine tasting...and you can tell Ah AH!!!.
We really care about our planet, our earth. We are social entrepreneurs – seeking both profits and a positive long-term impact on the society we live in. We use low inpact lamp in all our accommodations and in the b&b garden was built with all mediterranean plants (they need less watering).

THE INNKEEPERS
BARBARA and Marco, owner/managers of the inn, were raised in Rome Centre.
They hold memories of a kind of hospitality of the real Roman's People.
Rome was always full of tourist and they are travelling a lot, and they become very open mind.
Barbara is a contemporary artist and she had one years around experience living in California
These helped form an approach to hospitality. They choose carefully all the location for Girasolereale.
The Rome Centre wasn't in a ‘normal’ area but one of the most artistic and tipical for trattorie as it was trastevere long time ago,
The rome's beaches vacation rentals are located all by the sea max 150 meter walking distance, in Ostia and Torvajanica. And as an added bonus, there are 30 minutes to the Rome city center by metro.
Marco and Barbara live in the Girasolereale bed and breakfast in Rome residential area, where Barbara create her artworks and they share their culture with all their guest, often with evening wine & hors d'oeuvres, served in their art gallery livingroom or in the garden's patio.
